Michigan Legal Services filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of residents of Highland Park. We reached a successful settlement resulting in the provision of income-based water affordability plans for all residents!

Detroit Court Halts Evictions!

Michigan Legal Services is proud to stand in solidarity with a broad community coalition to halt evictions during the coronavirus crisis.
